Overview
UltraFlow is 100% native Salesforce.
It helps Salesforce partners and clients configure, build, test and deploy solutions that involve complex processes and / or many user-facing forms, with the bare minimum of custom code.
Transact with your citizens using the languages and dialects they use.
Key differentiators:
- All artefacts in UltraFlow are de-coupled from each other, giving maximum re-use – for example, you can re-use a Form in multiple Flows
- Interactions with Salesforce records, complex processing, and web services are handled by modular, re-useable Apex methods
- Unrivalled support for any language or dialect
- UltraFlow is delivered as two managed packages: the Designer, which is used to configure your solution, and the Runtime Engine, which reads and executes the resulting metadata
- All Designer tool text has been translated into 16 languages, so your designers do not need to be proficient in English
Example use cases are:
- Social programs offering services to specific groups, allowing them to transact in their preferred language
- Citizens applying for help following natural disasters
- Simplifying an existing paper-based, multi-agency application and replacing it with a customer-oriented digital journey
UltraFlow runs on the Salesforce® platform, which is used by over 150,000 companies and agencies worldwide.
Benefits (Language Support)
Many apps require your employees to have strong English language skills to use them.
UltraFlow removes this barrier.
All text in the Designer tools has been professionally translated into 16 other languages: Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Indonesian, Kannada, Marathi, Malay, Malayalam, Portuguese (Brasil), Punjabi, Spanish (Mexico), Tagalog, Tamil, Telugu, Thai, and Vietnamese.
These translations are implemented using Salesforce Custom Labels; set the desired language in the User record details for each of your employees using UltraFlow.
Custom Labels have limitations, however, so a proprietary feature is used to translate the text that your citizens and customers will see in the Experience Cloud Portal.
Define your default language and the list of languages you need to use in the UltraFlow configuration metadata.
Then use the ‘Translate’ button in the Designer tools to create your own translations for each piece of text – data labels, pick list labels, header / footer text in Forms, validation messages and so on – into the languages your citizens and customers actually use.
And importantly, this feature allows you to support not just languages but language variants and dialects.
For example, you may need to reach the 9.8 million people who speak Haryanvi, the 18.2 million who speak Chhattisgarhi, or the 51 million who use Bhojpuri in their first language, rather than Hindi (likely their second language).
No other Salesforce app provides this ability.
